Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how BrightCraft Dental & Laser (“BrightCraft,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit brightcraftimplants.com (the “Site”), fill out our forms, book an appointment, or get calls and text messages from us.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number and email address, your answers to our questions (such as your dental situation, the treatment you're interested in, your timeline and a general credit range for financing), and any appointment you book.
  • Information collected automatically: when you use the Site, we and our service providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that sent you here, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to do this.
  • Information from ad platforms: if you answer one of our ads on a platform such as Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to submit through that platform's form.

How we use information

  • to contact you about your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, and send reminders;
  • to answer your questions about dental implant treatment and payment options;
  • to send marketing texts about offers, only if you agree to receive them;
  • to run, secure and improve the Site, and to measure how well our ads work;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

Calls and text messages

If you agree, we may call and text you at the number you give us, including calls made with automated technology and an AI-generated or prerecorded voice. Agreeing is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. To stop calls, say “stop calling” during a call or call us at (747) 758-4960. Our Terms & Conditions describe our text messaging program.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that help us run our practice, such as our customer management, scheduling, phone, texting, email and website providers. They may use it only to provide services to us;
  • with financing companies, if you choose to apply for financing through us;
  • with advertising and analytics partners, as described under “Cookies and advertising” below;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our patients, our practice or others;
  • as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our practice.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers that support our messaging, such as our texting provider. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and advertising

We and our partners, such as Meta and Google, use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to understand how people use the Site and to measure and improve our ads. These partners may collect information about your activity on the Site and on other websites over time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change your ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings. The Site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Your health information

If you are or become a patient, our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and protect your health information. If this policy and that notice differ about health information we hold as your dental provider, the notice applies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
