These terms apply to your use of brightcraftimplants.com (the “Site”) and to the calls and text messages you agree to receive from BrightCraft Dental & Laser (“BrightCraft,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Text messaging program
- Program: BrightCraft Dental & Laser appointment and patient messages.
- What we send: when you give us your phone number and check the consent box on our form or booking page, we text you about your inquiry and appointments: booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and follow-up about your consultation and treatment plan. If you also check the box for marketing texts, we may send occasional texts about special offers.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming that you've opted out, and you won't get more texts unless you sign up again. You can also call us at (747) 758-4960.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calls, including AI and prerecorded voice
If you agree on our form or booking page, we may call you at the number you give us about your inquiry and appointments, including calls made with automated technology and an AI-generated or prerecorded voice. Agreeing is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by saying “stop calling” during a call, replying STOP to a text, or calling us at (747) 758-4960. Please give us only a phone number that belongs to you.
Not medical advice
Information on the Site is general and is not medical or dental advice. Only an examination by a dentist can show whether a treatment is right for you. Results vary from person to person.
Free consultation
The free implant consultation and 3D scan are for new patients considering implant treatment. There is no obligation to start treatment. Treatment costs depend on your case and are confirmed in your written treatment plan.
Financing
Financing is offered by independent third-party lenders. Approval, rates, fees and terms are set by the lender, not by BrightCraft. Offers such as 0% interest or no money down depend on the lender's approval and terms.
Appointments
An appointment is booked once you receive our confirmation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (747) 758-4960.
Using the Site
Please use the Site only for lawful purposes. Don't submit false information or someone else's contact details, and don't try to interfere with how the Site works. The content on the Site belongs to BrightCraft or its licensors.
Other services and links
The Site uses outside services, such as our form and booking tools, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limits of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, BrightCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
